Sounding as fresh as he does, If he weren't a familiar name, you would never know that Mathew Jonson has been producing albums in more or less the same style for over 10 years. Present on pretty much every label you've ever considered traveling to another country to visit (Sub Static, Perlon, Kompakt, etc), he's a a master of quick-moving analog melodies over aetherial backgrounds. The result is something catchy and dancey but also other-worldly, like a disco filled with unicorns and fire spirits.
